Jo co-founded the company with Stony and also holds the CEO position. Jo's background includes an Accountancy Degree and working at a Venture Capital Fund. In her free time, she loves to sail and is an avid skier and has come up with several well-thought-out, rational reasons why all board meetings should be held at Chamonix during the winter months.

Stony's journey started with personal frustration over the lack of connections between Xero and Salesforce. His role includes working closely with partners, ISVs, Salesforce, and more. His background includes 4 years running a Salesforce Consulting company and building other Salesforce Apps. In his downtime, he enjoys hiking through the French mountains and being very discerning about coffee.

When he's not working, he's on the pickleball court, exploring new trails, or cheering on his boys in sports and music.
