Meet the SuiteMigration team
SuiteMigration builds the platform that moves complete financial histories out of QuickBooks and Xero into NetSuite. It is used by NetSuite implementation partners running client projects, and by finance teams migrating their own books. The company was founded by Jo Milton and Stony Grunow, and the people below are the ones building it.
Founder & COO — London, UK
Jo co-founded SuiteMigration with Stony and serves as COO. An Accountancy Degree and years at a Venture Capital Fund left her with a low tolerance for two things: a ledger that doesn't reconcile, and an implementation that misses the date the board was given. In her free time, she loves to sail and is an avid skier and has come up with several well-thought-out, rational reasons why all board meetings should be held at Chamonix during the winter months.
Founder & CEO — New York, US
Stony Grunow co-founded SuiteMigration with Jo Milton and is its CEO, spending his time with NetSuite implementation partners, ISVs, and the wider NetSuite ecosystem. Over a decade of building integrations between accounting systems and the tools teams actually work in left him with one conviction: a company's financial history should never be stranded in the system it has outgrown. In his downtime, he enjoys hiking through the French mountains and being very discerning about coffee.
CRO — Colorado, US
Rob's expertise is in driving revenue growth through sales, retention, and strategic partnerships. With over two decades of experience in SaaS and B2B sales, he has successfully scaled startups from early-stage to multimillion-dollar revenues. He focuses on building strong teams, optimizing pricing strategies, and refining go-to-market execution. When he's not working, he's on the pickleball court, exploring new trails, or cheering on his boys in sports and music.
Solution Engineering — Atlanta, US
Tom designs the migrations themselves, including how a chart of accounts, an item list, and fifteen years of transactions come out of QuickBooks or Xero and land in a NetSuite instance that a controller will actually sign off on. He brings over 15 years of solution engineering with ISV partners across the enterprise SaaS ecosystem, including the Salesforce platform. In his free time, Tom enjoys travelling with family and is a singer songwriter who plays regularly around the Atlanta area.
Marketing Director — Manchester, UK
Anthony runs marketing. He is a Digital Performance and Growth Director with over 20 years of data-driven expertise across FTSE 100 companies and billion-dollar startups, transforming digital marketing strategies across B2C and B2B, most of it spent working out which numbers in a dashboard actually mean something. When he's not optimizing digital ecosystems, he recharges with family adventures, tennis, and the occasional binge-worthy boxset.
