Every migration is different — pricing depends on your source system, data volume, and complexity. Trial Balance-only migrations are our simplest and lowest-priced option; most companies opt for full Transaction History, which costs more. Tell us about your project below and we'll send you a clear, upfront quote before any work begins.
Yes — genuinely free, no credit card, no catch. We built it this way specifically so you can offer it early in your sales process: tell your prospect it's free before they've paid you anything or even agreed to become a customer, and use the results to help scope the project accurately before anyone signs anything. This is true whether or not you already have an active migration with us.
Yes — we regularly consolidate multiple source orgs into a single NetSuite instance, and we've handled as many as 30 QuickBooks orgs migrating into one NetSuite org. Pricing scales with the number of source orgs involved, so this is one of the details we'll factor into your quote.
No. We'll set up your account and walk you through connecting your source system — at no cost. Once you're in, you can create as many projects and run as many Migration Readiness Audits as you like, for free. You only pay once you're ready to run a live migration.

Yes — SuiteMigration is priced per migration, but if you run a high volume of client migrations, contact us and we're happy to discuss pricing that reflects that. You can also check out our NetSuite Consultants page for more on working with us as a NetSuite consultant.
No — you pay SuiteMigration directly, not your client. How you handle it from there is entirely up to you: some partners disclose the tooling and add it as a line item on the client's invoice, others fold it into their overall services fee without mentioning the specific tool. Either way, that choice — and your client relationship — stays entirely yours.
While possible, we recommend one of our experienced NetSuite Consulting Partners handle your migration. That said, if you want to do it yourself, we recommend you have at least one internal NetSuite certified Admin. Contact us about custom pricing.
